About

A letter from the founder.

This page uses sourced founder input and a real photo. It is marked noindex until Alvin gives final sign-off on the exact public letter.

Alvin, founder of Words Abide

I am a dad, and I spend a lot of time outside, often alone in the Rocky Mountains. Those trips are part of how I think clearly. They also make the just-in-case questions less abstract.

If I do not make it back when I said I would, I want my friends to know. And if there are things I want my kids to hear later, when they are old enough for the words to land, I do not want those thoughts to disappear just because I was not there for the conversation.

Words Abide came from that simple need. It is a place to put the words, recordings, and quiet instructions you do not want lost. Not because life should be lived in fear, but because love sometimes means preparing gently and then getting back to living.

I built it for the messages I hope never need to be sent, and for the people who should still have them if they do.

Alvin

How the business works

You pay Words Abide for the service. We do not sell your data. We do not put ads around recipient pages. We do not market to recipients because they received something private from someone else.

What still needs review

The story above is sourced from founder input, but final launch wording still needs Alvin's sign-off. The launch entity name also needs to be finalized before legal and footer copy should be treated as complete.
